CORTAPE

CORTAPE specifies the type of media that should be used for the data distribution from the correlator. This must be FTP, DAT, or NONE. FTP and NONE basically mean that the PI will pick up a disk copy of the data by means of a network copy (there is no effective difference between the two). EXABYTE was recently removed for lack of use, as 9TRACK was long ago. FLASH or DISK may get added some day, but not yet.

• Argument: A string of up to 16 characters
• Options: DAT, EXABYTE, or FTP
• Default: Blank, which causes and abort if data are being recorded.
• Usage: Only one used -- the last.
• Example: CORTAPE = 'DAT'
