Remarks

     The programs contained in this package were developed for the 
TURBO C system; many were tested on other compilers.  Please read 
the text for a discussion of conversion to other systems. 

     The ADSIMP package has been slightly modified.(July 22,1989),
and FTOC.H had a minor error corrected (July 26,1989).

An improved COMPLEX.H is included.

A bug in the main() test driver of FFT5.C is fixed- the comparison
solution to the code output was wrong!  The listing in the book
is correct, and the diskette is corrected to conform to the book.

     The source code for the programs contained herein are available 
on an IBM-PC compatible double-sided diskette by mail order. Send
