Transport
Riccione is in easy reach of the 4 nearby airports of Rimini, Forli',
Bologna and Ancona which are served by low-cost flights to many European
cities. From these airports, you may take a train to reach Riccione: on
average, it takes 1.5 hours, 10 min, 45 min, 1 hour to reach Riccione from
respectively Bologna, Rimini, Forli` and Ancona. See the

train timetable. The Riccione railway station is
within walking distance of the town centre. A shuttle from the station
to the hotel will be made available: details will be
given in the Final Announcement.

Trains to Riccione
Buying a
train ticket may be a complicated task (there are
various fares on different train types). If you need assistance,
please ask. If you have tight flight-to-train connection it is highly
desireable to
buy
your own train ticket to Riccione before starting the journey.
Getting your ticket at the Bologna railway station (for those flying
on Bologna) may take 15-20 minutes. On the way back it is much easier
and the Riccione Railway station - where tickets can be bought - is
within walking distance of the Hotel Lungomare.
If you get your ticket at the ticket desk or from a ticket
machine, do not forget to validate it at any of the small yellow
machines before getting into the train.
