I am a staff astronomer at the INAF Institute for Radioastronomy in Bologna (Italy).
In my research I use strong gravitational lensing and very long baseline interferometry (VLBI)
to study the physics of supermassive black holes at cosmological distances and learn about dark matter distribution at high redshift.
I've held positions both in astronomy and renewable energies fields, advocating for cross-disciplinary research and a sustainable development of astrophysics.
