Preparation of a camera-ready typescript

Download the following two files: crckapb.sty and crckapb.tex

crckapb.tex is the template LATEX file that you should use, so please make a copy of this file to a different file. For those of you not familiar with latex, if you type:

 latex crckapb 

and then

 dvips -o crckapb.ps crckapb

the result should be this file: crckapb.ps Print it out, as it contains the answers to all practical questions on the required format for your manuscript.
